Here it is nearly finished. Some blue tape holding the marquee retainer sticker until it sets up fully. Needs a few touchups on the boombox insides. Still needs the control panel overlay replaced (this one is defective - see comments and picture later in this album).(Wade Lanham (wadelanham))

This still has the defective control panel overlay, but the boombox is a nice quality PhoenixArcade.com repro and the Ultimate Aerial is a nice ThisOldGame.com repro that was indistinguishable from my NOS original.(Wade Lanham (wadelanham))

This was how I bought it. Poor condition, painted over, all pieces removed and in boxes, some parts missing and broken.(Wade Lanham (wadelanham))

Great picture comparing the reproduction ThisOldGame.com silver vinyl (left) versus the original 720 vinyl (right). I think the match is about as good as possible. The color varies slightly depending on the angle of the light.(Wade Lanham (wadelanham))

This was a defective "B" stock overlay I bought secondhand and wasn't disclosed as defective, and was originally produced by Phoenix Arcade. The overlay delaminated as I was installing it - the paint wasn't sticking to the clear laminate. Even though he was not responsible for my problem, Darin Jacobs of Phoenix Arcade gave me a great deal on a replacement. Definitely a stand up guy. I suggested that he mark any B stock in the future by writing on the backing something along the lines of "Phoenix Arcade Second Quality / Defective" so other people like me won't get suckered into buying a defective piece.(Wade Lanham (wadelanham))
